AT THE EVENT

REGISTRATION

Participants are asked to register in Warburton for the event preferably at the time nominated when making your booking. Registration will be at the East Warburton Hall, Woods Point Road, Warburton East (200 metres from Arrabri) as follows:

Friday 4.00pm – 8.00pm
Saturday 7.45am – 9.30am
Sunday 8.00am – 9.30am

Register well ahead of your walk assembly time.

Please bring the following documents with you:

 

CHECK-IN FOR WALK

Walk Assembly for all walks will be at the East Warburton Hall (200m before Arrabri Lodge) traveling from Warburton.

Please arrive punctually at the assembly time for your walk with the correct car pool money. Walk numbers will be clearly displayed. Check in with your leader, who will be next to the walk number wearing a name tag and hi-viz vest. Inform your leader about any medical condition or medications taken which may be relevant to walking, and have for ready access your completed Emergency Medical Information Form.

CHECK OUT AFTER WALK

After your walk, please check out with your leader. You can do this at the cars at the end of the walk if you do not wish to return to the East Warburton Hall, but make sure you are officially ticked off the Walk list and all your passengers have transport back to the Hall.

On return to the Hall, enjoy afternoon tea with your fellow walkers between 2.30pm – 4.30pm on both Saturday and Sunday.

CHANGING A WALK

If you need to change one of your allocated walks for whatever reason, please report to the Help Desk which will be available at Registration times and also when you return from your Saturday walk. Whilst we will endeavour to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee availability of the walk you wish to change to.
